After studying nutrition in school, my daughter, a vet tech student, recommended we give Royal Canin a try. She was a puppy mill mom who was thrown away in the trash when she outlived her usefulness, so she is skittish and scared of most things (still after 7 years of living with me). The last 2 foods she was on, she was hit and miss whether she would eat or not. At least 3 times a week she would skip at least 1 meal. Her belly would growl terribly! Since switching, I think she has missed 1 meal in the year we have used Royal Canin and she really was not feeling good that day. She has returned to normal weight and even though she has 3 teeth, she has no problem eating her hard kibble! Thank you Royal Canin!

Before starting him (Bruiser) on Royal Canin Chihuahua formula, his fur was rough, dry and dull looking. After feeding him with this formula for awhile, his fur is soft and shinny. Also, he likes the food very much. Thanks!

I’ve had my chi’s on Royal Canin from day 1 and love that it has a pleasant aroma, the dogs love it, and it keeps their BMs small and solid. Awfully high price point but haven’t heard of a better brand for my fur babies.
